Can Our  Personal Immature Belief Systems be The Reason of Our Personal, Family and Social Conflicts 

Everyone in this life has gone through or going through a phase where they were engaged in some conflicts with those peoples who were sometimes their near, dear or loved ones. May be those persons are a part of their own family like brother, sister, husband ,wife, father, mother or any distant  relatives or  colleagues or any other person who may be so close at certain stage of life. At some stage of life, they were so close ones but during journey of life, some hurdles arises and which gave the birth of new unexpected conflicts with them. If we make a list of all those hurdles or reason of conflicts then in most of the cases, we can realise that these are related to our immature belief systems.

If we view them physically then they always  display their face in the form of materialistic things like money or any form of property but if we view them in metaphysical context then they display in the form of ego , false facts, false beliefs or immature belief  systems. 

Sometimes may be it is difficult to understand this truth because its a phycological fact that in any conflict, everyone get an impression that only he is right and others are wrong. 

In this phycological status, no one can be in position or ready to accept the responsibility of their conflicts. In this mental status of immature belief systems, conflicted person can't be ready to resolve it and slowly slowly it becomes a big issue and after sometime, we lost all the opportunity to make a peace or happy relation with others as earlier. . 

I had gone through one beautiful story in which there is wonderful discussion between the God and a businessman. This beautiful discussion can be good representation of our emptiness in our immature belief systems and we can realise that due to this emptiness we are losing so many valuable priceless things in our life. The title of this story is "The Suitcase". 

Once upon a time there was very rich and popular business man who have all the materialistic things which any one can dream in his life. He was one of the richest person in his city and for making his wealth , he had done all the hooks and crooks but  nothing was wrong in his words or belief systems. Whatever wrong things he had done during making his wealth and reputation was correct as per  his immature belief system and he had never realised his mistakes. He always feel proud for all those achievements.  After few years later, he realised that he is going to die and God is coming closer with a suitcase in his hand. 

God said to the businessman that now time has come to go and left this world. The business man surprised and told to god that its so early and I had lots of plans to do so many things and only after completing those things , I will make myself ready to go with you. But God replied , I am so sorry but its time to go and you have to go at the moment. Suddenly the businessman saw the suitcase in the hand of God and and after that a beautiful question answer session started between the businessman and the God.

What do you have in that suitcase? the man asked.

God answered: Your belongings.

My belongings? you mean my things, my clothes, my money?

God answered: Those things were not yours they belonged to the earth.

Is it my memories? the man asked.

God answered: those never belonged to you they belonged to Time

Is it my talents?

God answered: those were never yours they belonged to the circumstances.

Is it my friends and family?

God answered: I’m sorry they were never yours they belonged to the path.

Is it my wife and son?

God answered: They were never yours they belonged to your heart.

Is it my body?

God answered: that was never yours it belonged to the dust.

 Is it my soul?

God answered: No that is mine.

Now the curiosity of  the businessman was at the peak and also he was full of fear. Then suddenly, the businessman snatched the suitcase from the hand of god and opened it to know what is in the suitcase. He at the moment opened the suitcase and he found that suitcase was empty.

He had started to crying and tears were coming down his eyes and then  the businessman asked : I never had anything??

God answered: that is correct, every moment you lived were only yours. Life is just a moment.

a moment that belongs to you. And after that businessman had surrendered to the God and left this world without any question.

You can't take anything and all available  things  with us are only for a source of  meaningful living on this earth.  Living each and every moment with a right belief systems can be always a better option for anyone.

But due to lack of understanding of real truth, we always trapped in our immature belief systems which always force us to believe that only you are always correct and everything is only for you and only you will be the owner of all things. This story gives us true insight about all those things which are the major base of our conflicted life . If we will understand the real hidden treasures in the suitcase of life then we will try to engage ourself in most meaningful things of our life and not in useless conflicts.

In this context , it will be great to remember the great lessons taught by Lord Krishna in Mahabharata. In Mahabharata, Lord Krishna had tried the last efforts to change the immature belief systems of Duryodhna by offering a peace proposal to Duryodhna by visiting personally to the Indraprastha. But he didn't understand the reality of his immature belief systems and tried to capture the Lord Krishna. The reply of Duryodhna to Lord Krishna can be a good mirror in which we can see the real picture of  immature belief systems and realise their disaster impact on our personal, family and social life. Duryodhna had not only written the story his death but also written the story of the death of all his family members with the pen of his immature belief systems.

If  we can see the belief systems of Duryodhna, then we can realise how our immature belief systems can create a disaster in our life. The last peace proposal of Lord Krishna and the reactions of immature belief systems of Duryodhna can be viewed in this video.

If anyone wants peace and prosperity in their life then it can be important for everyone to observe and check  their own belief systems and asked from himself  that is it a case of his own immature belief systems or indirectly without having any wrong intention, has he  trapped in his  own immature belief systems ? If you detect that your immature belief systems are the major cause of troubled conflicts then you can get a chance to correct it before any big damages in your life. We can save ourselves by becoming new Duryodhna for our life. 

With this immature belief systems, we always become a part of conflicts with our near dear ones directly or indirectly. May be, we can't get the solution of all conflicts on practical ground but it's true that we can find the best solution or best way out in case of any problems if we know where we have to look with our eyes of right belief systems.

This can't be a complete solution of any conflicts but certainly this can be a right way to see and examine the conflicts before going to engage in physical clashes or fights with any near or dear ones. May be, we can find a wonderful way out to save our beautiful relations which can be a disguised blessings for us given by god and this can be possible by just seeing beyond our limited immature belief systems.

Many wonderful things are waiting for us beyond our immature belief systems.  This approach will not only stop us by becoming new Duryodhna for our self, family and society but it can also help us in discovering the new values, beauty ,success and happiness in existing relationship with all existing elements in our surrounding. 

And at last, when God will come to take us at any stage of our life with his suitcase then there will be no need to snatch the suitcase from his hand and we will be happily ready to say our last goodbye with a cheerful divine smile to this world where we had spent many years of our life with our near dear ones.
